Former Student Passes Away
Mark was the consummate grappling competitor.

L A FOND , Mark K. On March 11, 2009, Mark K. LaFond, 47, of Baltimore, formerly of Parkton, MD. Companion of Melissa L. "Missy" Masel, son of Donald L. and Rose M. (nee Caron) LaFond, brother of Kerry L., Matthew V., Brian J. and Marty D. LaFond, uncle of Chelsea M. and Dimitri A. LaFond. Mark currently worked at the Louisiana Restaurant, Fells Point, and was a 1979 graduate of Hereford High School.
A funeral liturgy will be held at 10 A.M. on Monday, March 16 from J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 Second Street, New Freedom, PA. Friends may call at the mortuary on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. The family will provide flowers and ask that memorial contributions be made to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 18320 Middletown Road, Parkton, MD 21120. |
