This is an exciting way to sharpen both your cardiovascular conditioning as well as you self defense skills. No one is required to spar at Ground Control. the majority of our students have no aspirations to become a fighter. But if you do wish to achieve that goal you can join our fight team and work towards stepping in the ring or cage. Head boxing coach Russ Shiflett retired after 13 professional fights due to injury.
