Two time MD State Champion, and Junior World Silver Medalist Pat Downey (in green), stopped by GC to work with MMA fighters Reese Ashe, Ryan Mackin, Dave Daniecki, and Dan Root (not pictured). Pat is preparing for the NYAC Holiday International Open this weekend.
