Yoga Classes at Ground Control
Yoga is a good addition to any type of athletic training not only because it will help you improve your flexibility and mobility, which benefits all types of athletic performance, but it will lead to greater stability in your joints and muscles. This means you can train better and get injured less.
Through a proper yoga practice, as taught by our experienced Ground Control instructors, you can experience enhanced flexibility, breath control, and resilience — any fighter will tell you how important is to be able to keep your composure in a stressful situation. However, despite all that, the most valuable physical benefit from yoga is reduced injuries!

Enhancement of flexibility ensures that we are able to improve our all-around skill to handle a variety of tasks in life, as well as respond to punches from any direction.

Our Yoga program is free to all Ground Control members but non-members are welcome to join for a $10 Drop In fee.
